Hà Nội dường như đã có một Khoa Luật trong Đại học Việt Nam trên đường 18 Lê Thánh Tông, cái khoa ấy dường như đã có những ông khoa trưởng rất uyên bác... rất lâu, rất lâu trước khi Khoa Luật, ĐH Tổng hợp được thành lập vào năm 1976 tại Thượng Đình. Luật khoa Đại học Sài Gòn, cũng vào năm 1976 đã trở thành Đại học kinh tế TP HCM. Dường như trên đường Nguyễn Đình Chiểu những dáng dấp kiến trúc cũ vẫn còn nguyên vẹn.
Arbitration can be very simple, but it can also be a voyage to nowhere in the middle of the sea. From the departure to destination, the Tribunal as collective is expected to steer the board.
